  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply indicate your preference when contacting customer service. Subject to stock availability, we will process the exchange.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide pick-up for you to return the item, and we will promptly issue a replacement or Credit Note.
