Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be requested within **3 days** from the date of delivery of your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply indicate your preference when contacting customer service. Subject to stock availability, we will process the exchange.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide pick-up for you to return the item, and we will promptly issue a replacement or Credit Note.

- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost returns.
